I take it you rolled it ? Just started getting cold up here in Mass , but as soon as I cna get a day , I will be doing mine . Bought the kit last 2 weeks .

Sorry guys I do one project then tear my truck apart and start another. I'm banking on tom. for having some finished picture products. I love this stuff though! Actually applied Herculiner to the bottom 2"-3" of the truck today and the running boards(really set the truck off)

Tips on working with this stuff from me for what its worth: GLOVES! Its been a week and I still have this stuff on my hands. Prep work is key. Sand the hell out of you floor and clean it really well. I put the bolts in and taped them off in an attempt to keep the holes clean, dont! Its a waste of time. Just put enough tape over the top to cover it and dont press down too hard oon those spots.(buddy suggested the circle bandages for your feet?) Keep in mind that this is all your gonna see so make sure you apply it everywhere that might not be covered by a panel now. Just take you time on it to be honest. I would hate to hear someone mess their truck up.

Now as far as road noise, smell, etc. Road noise yes it's a little bit louder, but then again so is my stereo system too but no its not really that bad. Smell, I can smell it a little. Similiar to nail polish remover scent, but it becomes less and less as it cures. Let this sucker vent as best and as long as possible! Everything went back together just fine. Panel where the fuse box is has a 1/2" gap for some reason but everything else sits nice and flush. When you put the panels back in keep some Herculiner handy for touch ups. Stuff is like tar the next day but I just took the brush and spread it on(set up just fine). Anymore questions just ask. Not an expert so this is just what worked for me.

Ive done 8 truck beds with it , I did my frame, and in the spring Im doing the 2-tone mod and fender flares. I did the interior of my BII but I couldnt find pics.

Yours looks pretty good , I just wouldnt have did it a truck so new. I wouldve waited a few years.


I also have an addition to wearing gloves, wear long sleeves as well, especially if youre doing your frame.

I think this is what was done to my truck in the lower and fender flares but ita chipping....how hard is it to strip and redo....

for a DIY job, its not bad, I still think though you should buy the oem rubber flooring and place that over it, it will help with noise and you still have the protection of not having carpet.

o: It coast about a $100 for the whole project so not bad.
o: As far as stripping it, just go over it again with the same stuff. Bonds to itself easy.
o: Road noise? Can hardly even tell. Plus I like the look and its something different.

Well here is the finished product. The only thin I have left to do is hide that wiring. I'm going to get a piece of pipe, slice it in half, herculiner it and mount it over the wiring.
