Default Looking for ideas on where to mount a CB.

I hope this is in the right place....

If you have suggestions or pics that would help a lot. I have an 05 with the airbag switch mounted below the heater controls and a little counsol under that.

I had originally thought about taking the counsol out and modding it so a CB would fit inside kind of at a diagonal.

I have mine mounted on the side of the floor console ( pass side)
I will take a pic later

I took mine and put it inbetween the split bench seat and it works great

try using search, there is a thread with everyones mounting positions for CB and Ham radios.

mounted mine to the roof right were the explorers have there over head console
