2003 Ranger Cluster - LED Lighting Project This wont really explain how to do a full LED conversion but the pictures will give you an idea on how it's done the right way. It will take a lot of time and patience and basic skills or electrical work such as wiring, soldering, resistors and so on. I did this method and here is mine (not current):

If you do not want to go that route and want a simple LED PNP (plug and play) conversion, go here:
