First go here:http://www.fordrangerforum.com/inter...placement.html
This will explain how to take out your cluster and change the bulbs.
Next go here: 2003 Ranger Cluster - LED Lighting Project
This wont really explain how to do a full LED conversion but the pictures will give you an idea on how it's done the right way. It will take a lot of time and patience and basic skills or electrical work such as wiring, soldering, resistors and so on. I did this method and here is mine (not current):http://www.fordrangerforum.com/membe...on/4061-angle/
I'll take a better one for you and send it in a PM.
If you do not want to go that route and want a simple LED PNP (plug and play) conversion, go here: http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-b...FWLED-xHP5.htm
These bulbs are what you need. It will give you that "LED look" to your gauges but it will leave a few "hotspots". If you haven't painted your overlays, than it should come out looking like this:leds
Hope that helped and oh, your welcome.
