Maybe the trim parts that are already cloth or look like cloth. Like on the doors. maybe the pillar trim. I wouldn't touch any IP trim with it. just don't look right. hmmmmm... do you have enough to do the head liner?
So obviously I didn't vote yes or no

I bought a crap load of it to exactly the pieces you listed. It looked awesome--for about two days, and then it started lifting. I used the recommended 3M adhesive-IIRC it's #94. I just didn't have very much luck with it so i went back to paint. I personally think it's a great look-I received many positive comments on it at a couple of car shows this summer-but i guess i just didn't have the knack for installing the stuff.[IMG] [/IMG]

did you prep it all? I used to do a little of vinyl wrapping and you have to clean the parts very well with alcohol or acetone, and then use that primer you had... oh, it also adheres better when warmed up.

^^Oh yeah--cleaned with alcohol, used the primer stuff, heated with a heat gun to work it into and around all of the curves. I just didn't have a ton of luck with it. That being said, I'm still using it on some flat areas-around my cup holders, on a trim piece that i made to go around the headlight switch, etc.--it's working fine there.

The stuff that I used wasn't a spray-it was a brush-on adhesion promoter/glue that was recommended by the website that I ordered the DiNoc from. Brush on-let dry for 5 minutes-apply vinyl.

I dont see anything wrong with being different, so go for it Quote:

I know the vinyl itself is pretty good quality. It is not super shinny, and it really doesn't look cheap. I know some mazda's had that fake CF radio bezel, but it was shinny. This stuff is a matte finish and looks a little more like dry CF then the cheap clearcoated CF. I'm not going to start on the project till early next month probably, but I just wanted to get some ideas, and see what you guys though. Oh in case someone is wondering I have a fully black interior.
