cabin air control
I can't control the flow of air to selected location (defrost, face, feet) in my 1999. Regardless of setting, it usually defaults to defrost, but seems to wander on it's own between other settings. Heat and AC are OK. I can't seem to find any technical information on how this function works, let alone how to fix it! Any help would be appreciated.

Seems like you have a vacuum leak. All the blend door controls are vacuum actuated.
