sure. i got boxes and boxes full of clues.
if you already have electric locks, then you can connect up a simple relay in parallel with the existing "lock" switch to engage the locks. Connect that to a simple microcontroller circuit that you've programmed to sense the the pulses on the
VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) wire [the one that feeds your speedometer and odometer]; the microcontroller would sense the
VSS signal, and momentarily activate the relay to simulate pressing the "lock" button.
there's a little more to the logic you'd need to program into the microcontroller, but that's it in a nutshell.
