Hey, Im having trouble with my OHC, I dont know what size screws to use. self tap or sheet metal, I got holes drilled but the self tappers I used arent long enough and it just kinda reemed the hole out a little bit.
I couldnt remember if you have one or not?

I have one but never installed it because it's out of a sun roof truck (has a slider button instead of a storage bin). Sounds like you need screws with a wider OD.

yeah something like that, its nerve racking as it is (drilling into your roof) but then to have it not work makes it worse!

You can put these in a manual ranger, you just have to cut the pocket out of the cubby hole. RedlineGoods makes a custom shift boot for this mod (which I'm getting ready to do myself if my parts ever come in) I bought the Explorer boot cut for the FX4 shifter...should be sweet once everything gets installed

I got the OHC installed, not wired up yet. I have the temp sensor sitting on my computer desk (thank Clinton) and the rest of the wiring is down in the shed
