Default Need help removing door

I am trying to remove the inside panel of the door so i can get to the speaker to change it. I am wondering what is the easy way to do this? I removed the bolts and it is still hard to get off.

If you're sure you got all the screws and bolts... lift up and out and it should come off.

um there should be only about a handful of screws.
on my 01...and it shouldnt have changed much.

its one on the bottom left of the door
one or two by the door pull surround
then that surround comes off, and theres two behind that

and dont forget the screw behind the window crank if its manual. its one of those star things..i forget the name right now.

Now i do not have any factory speakers, all the speakers i have in my truck now are aftermarket
