Just bought a 2000 ranger. My drivers side power window wont go up or down. It clicks under the steering wheel when I push the up button, and does nothing when I push the down button. I've replaced the switch and that did nothing. I've hooked up a 12v battery to the motor and that did nothing. Also my power locks just started to not go up or down. They are getting power and move a little but not enough to actually lock or unlock the doors. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I also bought a "one touch" regulator and changed that with no results.
