Default HVAC control issue

I only get air flow through the floor and defrost vents no matter what setting I'm at in my 2003 Ranger. A/C or heat setting. Anyone else run into this issue

Maybe one of the vacuum lines came loose.

I checked, all are intact. I'll try a vacuum gauge to test the diaghram

Just because a vacuum line is connected doesn't mean it can't leak. Your truck is 16 years old and lines can dry rot just like tires.
