Easy fix...
Visit the local auto parts store. Grab yourself a can of silicone spray like this or similar with the red straw that comes attached to the can:
Its best to work with the door panels off starting with the windows up. Spray the silicone down the side channels front and back starting below the window itself. The straw is generally about 4.75"-5.00" long and can sneak in the felt like material. Be liberal but don't soak it.
Slowly roll the window down, when you get to the bottom, now run the upside of the channel front and rear. DO NOT do across the top.
Roll the window up and down, add more as described until you get a smooth action.
As an added note. You can remove the door liner carefully, and look inside. Make sure the two 10mm bolts going through the glass and the plastic guards are adjusted properly and tight. DON'T over tighten them. If they're not lose, tq'ing them down further isn't necessary.
In the event your regulator is NOT the cable type and you have the type with arms that criss-cross in the doors like a scissor action; check to make sure the guides are well lubed. Use something along the lines of SlideEEz or this:
