Where are the HVAC bulbs 1999 Ranger
I know about the 6 instrument cluster bulb location on my 1999 XLT. But where are the HVAC bulbs located?

Remove the radio bezel with the 2 7mm bolts and snap it out. That will reveal the 4 7mm bolts holding in the HVAC panel. Take that out and there are 2 (either 74 or 194) bulbs that twist out just like your cluster.
