Nope, however you can cut it out and still be able to put the original jack trim back on in the future.

I wanted to remove mine as well for a sub install, ended up having to dremel it out. Hope this helped!

Make some clean cuts so it comes out in one piece. Can always glue it back on if needed. This thread reminds me of how ugly that looks in the back of my truck. I'll be cutting that piece out soon.
