Default Blower Motor

I have just bought a 86' ranger. From what I understand, it has been sitting up for a while. When I turn on the a/c fan, I can barely feel any air comming out, and I have noticed a lot of leaves will blow out into the passanger floorboard. Do I need to replace blower motor, or clean out the air vents?

Thanks

I would try cleaning the vents out before you start replacing parts.....
