Default Trip computer with tachometer

Has anyone installed a trip computer to their Ranger based on OBD-2 with a tachometer display?

If so, what unit and how accurate/quick is it?

My '97 is one of those 5-speeds minus tach but would like to display more than just tach info while driving.

Been using this one for about 6 months now. Works great. You can adjust how quick it updates the numbers. Highly customizable. Thinking about trying out an Ultragauge on another vehicle.

Thanks for the info. Will see if I can find one locally.
