Hey, im making my own centerconsole, storage area, and sub box and im going to be using fiberglass, couple of questions...anyone have any experience with it and have tips? also can it connect some of my trim now to the part i am making ie can i bond my old center console with the new one im making

Be sure to look up how to's on youtube and such, as well as audio enthusiasts' build logs in the audio/video section for tips and tricks when it comes to fiberglassing. Yes, attaching a fiberglass section to the plastic parts of your interior is possible, however, where the seams are, you'll have to bondo those up good. Be creative!

IMO, use a solid mdf frame first, and glass to that. Staple gun your fabric to this frame, and trust me it will hold 10x better than adhered to plastic

well that is what im doing in a sense but i see what you mean ill try to make it as tight as possible im definetly taking my time with this projust so it turns out real nice
