take off your visors, take off your A pillars, loosen the plastic around the top of the cab. it should be pretty easy for you, if youve got a 4 door like i think. its alow harder for us 2 door guys. we have to work the headliner under the steeringwheel then out the small ass door opening.

from what I remember you will have to remove the light cover at the top as well as the plastic hooks toward the back of the cab in addition to what was said above, takes about 15 min maybe

also be careful when pulling out those plastic fasteners. they strip and break easy. ford is a PITA to get new ones and charge you alot for them. auto stores dont have the right color or the right length.

when i did mine i had no idea what i was doing i broke a couple plastic button thingys and just went at it with a screwdriver lol skinned my knuckles trying to pry it out of the side but thats probably because i didnt take off the a pillars?? also broke a visor clip because i didnt know it was screwed in i just thought it was clipped in, but it was the passenger side so i didnt care. anyway just get in there with a couple screw drivers and have fun

I pulled mine out with a 2 door extended cab, no problem. Used the passenger side door.

Indeed, it was quite an experience. It's holding up though, even with the late springtime heat.
