What is this hole in my engine?
Coolant is pouring out of this hole. What is it? Did I blow freeze cap? Is there supposed to be a hose connected to it?

That's the weep hole in your water pump. You need to get a new one. When your pump goes bad it will let you know by pouring out coolant
