I'm actually talking about the ac control button. I just can't change the air direction to the feet or whatever, it's stuck on defrost vent door, even if I put climatisate air, it comes out on the defrost vent door...

Comes out of the windshield vents? Ford by default are set up so if there's a vacuum leak, the ac goes to defrost. Chances are you have a leak somewhere

Darn...I was just in there the other day.
It's what u should do when doing a plug change on plug side 1-2-3
Remove passenger side tire and place truck on jack stand.
Remove inner plastic fender mud skirt (the whole half circle piece).
The ball looks like the float in a toilet except little smaller and is screwed to the fender skirt.
