Default Interior door panels?

Anyone know where I can find an interior door panel for power windows/locks/mirror for a 2000 Ranger? Or do I have to go with a completely different year?

Working on gathering parts, paint, vynals, and such for the rest of the build LOL. I use this as an everyday truck, but it's also the only truck I have for hunting and general off road fun. Hoping to make it much better than stock!

Outstanding thanks. I'm wanting to convert to power, obviously. Just didn't have info on what is interchangeable or not.
