the penetrating oil is your best bet. maybe wire brush the threads a little. other than that, heat. i've seen some pretty rusted bolts come out.

A real neet trick for rusted/stuck bolts is to get some parifan (candle)wax heat up the bolt with the torch so that it is hot enough to melt the wax. remove heat hold the wax against bolt and it will pull wax into the threads. Then unscrew bolt. Randy

i just wish i see this thread right away i stripped the head of the seatbelt screw on the floor,no more options, i grabe my ryobi grinder and start grinding the head, and to remove the remaining, i slipped under the truck, grab a vise grip and an adjustable wrench and start turning and voila i got it out, went to the junkyard and grab me a fresh one, just sharing

Just to add that the proper size tool is a "Torx Plus" TP-50 I had to drill and tap one of mine I still haven't got the drivers seat out but I am in no rush

Heat definately is the best! i had to torch my body mount bolts to get them out for my body lift and it worked great. I had someone with an impact wrench pull them while I heated them, gotta move fast!

My favorite combo is PB for a few days, then set the impact wrench to low and let it knock at the bolt for a few minutes. if I doesn't turn I try it again the next day. (I think the impact helps the PB into the rust...)
