Seat Question
Hey everyone,
I have a question i cant seem to find an answer to....
I have a 1989 ford ranger with a stupid old tore up bench seat, and I want to switch it out to like an ajustable bucket style or something diffferent ..
I would prefer pick-n-pull or something that does not need to be modified
but any input would be awesome .. thanks again

It depends on what seats you wanted to switch to. If you've taken the seat out you would see how the tracks are on different levels, so they obviously wouldnt switch up with explorer seats (the most common buckets ive seen) but it doesnt take much fabbing....but "this forum sucks", so you probably wont see my reply. Good luck with your ranger
and next time you post a thread, might want to elaborate. I have a 60/40 bench that you can just saw off the middle part to create buckets from your existing seats...theres a how-to on here or R-F I saw not too long ago.

Re: Seat Question
you will need to get some track from a 97 and older ranger that has either buckets, or a 60/40. make sure it's the same cab as what you have, ie reg cab to reg cab. from there, mustang, explorer, tempo and others will swap in. you are going to have to drill 2 holes in your floor per side.
good list of seats:
