Let vehicle warm up and then snap a picture. Then repeat the same steps when new overlays are on.
If you have a smartphone there are numerous GPS apps with speed on them. Do not put the plastic lens back on and drive on the freeway at what ever speed then set it with the phone.
You may have to set the RPM the same way by using a picture of where it is at certain speed.
I was lucky enough on mine to put the needle back on at zero and you will notice it will not go down past zero and further and it was spot on with my phone once I started driving. Fuel one was the same but you just gonna tinker with them.
