yes you would. just from this you can see that the body line where the bed meets the cab is about 1" off.

Adapting something to a rear slider sounds doable. Since the actuating mechanism would also function to lock the window, I'm thinking the hardest part would be doing away with the latch.

yeah that will also happen. hasn't happened to me personally, i just had a pic of frame twist that i had recently found on my photobucket. but i know several people who have smashed the leading edge of the bed into their cab. since the cab is on rubber body mounts, it can also vibrate and shake a lot more than the solid mounted bed can.

about the only practical way is to hack the back out of your cab and graft the donor on...the only hard part is deciding on the donor. full size bronco was a tailgate, no hatch. exploders all have pop open rear glass. So probably another make vehicle...or a limo privacy glass, lol.

might be easier to leave the rear cab wall out and make it like a jeep...you can do anything with a cutoff wheel and a welder I guess.
