Just bought a set of Coverking seat covers for my 2004 Ranger Edge 60/40 split seats. In order for the driver side cover to fit properly I must first remove the cup holder which is attached to seat. Does anyone know how to remove the cup holder? Looks like there might be allen/hex screws holding it in place. If so, they will be heck to get to.

I will also gladly take any recommendations on other manufacturers of 60/40 seat covers that may fit better than the Coverking brand.

On ours, we just grabbed it and pulled straight up. It was kind of tight, but it did come out. For future use, I loosed the screws while it was out so it would be easier next time.

NOt sure yours is the same as ours so be careful!!

I have determined that most mechanical / electrical challanges are directly connected to the nut that connects the steering wheel to the drivers seat.

Thanks hunterranger, I pulled up on the cupholder and in two seconds it came right out!! Man, you saved me from wasting a lot time and doing unnecessary work of trying to get an allen wrench on that sucker. I really appreciate your help.
