Can someone just send me a thread to where u just change the leds for the guages because a green gauge set is ugly as shit.

See above posts. That is the only way to not have green gauges. You could skip all of the LED stuff, and only use the glass paint on the back of the plastic face, but as far as changing the color, thats the only way. Right now, your instrument panel has standard bulbs in it, which may go out in time. LED's are the best fix. takes time and skill with a soldering iron tho.

without doing the part with the leds couldn't i just sand own the overlay and paint it blue and leave the stock leds in it.

Yes, in theory you could just do the glass paint, however, the brightness and look may not be quite the same due to the incandescent bulb, but yes, you could (you do not have stock LEDs.)

Can this or something like it be done with the stock c/d, tape player. I don't want to buy a new head unit I like the stock one but I fuckin hate the green. I want to do this as Ive done grips of led mods on xboxes and ps3s and I have a basic idea of how to wire LEDs but would it be to much of a pain in the arss to do it with the head unit
