Thanks to a tranny rebuild ive had to put this off but im curious for future reference, has anyone converted an automatic from the column shift to a floor shift? Ive never been a fan of the columns and im so used to pistol grips (auto and manual) i reach for air all the time. (On a '99 for me)

Any info would be appreciated thanks.

Yes its been done. Theres a guy one of the Ranger facebook pages that totally modded out his 2wd ranger with f150 headlights, tail lights, custom grille and paint. He redid the interior and swapped in a floor shifter. Seemed easy enuff he said it wasnt too hard.
