Default Headliner Question Ranger vs Explorer

I need a new headliner for my 1994 ranger. The old one had some mold due to a PO's water leak from the rear window & 3rd brake light.
Would it be possible to take a explorer headliner and just cut it to size?

My one concern to this idea is that the dome light in a explorer would not be in the same location as the one in my extended cab.

Any thoughts?

i doubt it will work. you have two options, find a board in a junkyard, or buy an abs plastic replacement. i just bought one for my 95 reg cab, and it looks great. $$$, but worth it for what i have to do.
