seat belt wont work
i took off my rear door panel on the pass. side and now im going to put it back in but i cant b/c the seat belt wont feed out. so i cant get enough slack to attach the top of it. and also, there is a second wiring connector, not the one that attaches to the speaker but a second one and i cant figure out where it goes
 . any help is appreciated-Luc

the retractor has to be in the correct position for the seat belt to come out. sounds like it's off some and is locked.

no. if you take the retractor out, and flip it upside down, it will lock and won't release until it's back in it's normal position. if it's bolted in the truck, it should be unlocked until you jerk quickly on it.

that plug, i am pretty sure is for the latching mechanism on the bottom of the door

spent about 30 minutes trying to get the seatbelt to feed out and its still locked up. im thinking about taking it to ford just to see if they can get it to feed out but im guessing there going to try and charge me up the ass to do that
