Default Auto dimming mirror

Just installed a new autodimming rear view mirror. I tapped into the radio power line at the fuse box. Mirror works fine but two days later and my battery is dead. Does anyone know is there always some drain on the radio power line or does it shut off completely when the ingnition is off? What circuit can I use as an alternative. Thanks Dave

The problem is that you used a wire that is hot at all times. Try a wire that is only hot with the key on. PCM power should work.

Powertrain control module

Use a 12v switched power source

As STL said, it stands for Powertrain control module. In the future, just hover your mouse over acronyms like PCM and it will tell you what it stands for.
