Door A jar. Or not?

Have remote keyless entry and Ford Security sys on 02 Ranger 4 dr
FX4 4.0L.

Question is, are the sensors in the doors adjustable or just replaceable.
Having problems with door being sensed as ajar when closed firmly multiple times. Happens randomly on both sides. Are there sensors in the rear doors too? Any thoughts are appreciated.
