Where to buy steering wheel parts?

I have a couple of issues with finding affordable replacements for my 2001 Ford Ranger XLT. The main reason is my steering wheel is comming apart as well as the cruise control modules. The Ford dealer wants 300 bucks for a new steering wheel and that doesn't even include the cruise control modules. Does anyone know of anywhere to find these things at a decent price?

Or go to a salvage yard. I found a truck only yard around me which made me happy.
