Greetings, been a while since I've been on here since having to dispose of my Ranger. However I purchased a Ford Freestyle for my wife so I have a parts question.

I have an 06 Freestyle. The center console arm rest clip/latch broke. I'm wondering if this part is compatible with other Ford center console parts like an F150, Ranger, etc. All I want is the clip, I don't want the whole console or arm rest.

I checked with a Ford dealer near me. They only sell the whole lid assembly. Too costly.
I might try a junk yard and see if I can find a ford vehicle which may have a matching clip/latch.

Can't find it listed just as front row center console latch. It's showing as with 2nd row console. Does that just mean it's the same for both http://www.fordparts.com/Commerce/Pa...odel=Freestyle Wouldn't this be the same thing?
