more paint? I found that paint really doesn't like to stick to itself so try spraying those spots and let sit for 12-24 hours?? Have you tried wiping the whole door with towel after it's dried? That helped me even out my coats....

Yes i have put like 3 coats on and it's doing it in different spots. I tried different paint cans and no luck. I tried cleaning it too. Should i sand it again and clean it really well?

That's weird. If you say the part was clean I have no clue what could be causing this. Maybe you should start over and use some primer.

I think your best option is to sand it down and prime it then paint it, seeing that after you did 3 coats it still didnt work. Thats what i did in my 1999 and it cam out great. The paint doesnt really like to stick to the interior parts cause of the material its made out of i have noticed.

I tried the Fusion paint when I did my interior and had the same problem. I ended up sanding it and repainting with Rust-Oleum. Just didn't care for the Fusion.

First you should wash the panels off, and then use AJAX to scuff them up and dull them out. Then I use plastic adhesion promoter, and then a primer, and color.

I had some issues when I repainted my valance. Sand it down really well and then try and repaint it.

yeah ive never had any luck with the fusion paint. something else to think about everytime you paint it and have to sand it down you lose more and more of the grain on the panel, dont know if thats the look youre goin for but if you want to keep the grain you might have to strip the old paint off with laquer thinner or paint thinner, its a pain in the ass to get it all off but you will keep the grain,
