Are you painting it on "the flat" or are you suspending it vertically and spraying it?
My thought are that it looks like you are "fanning" the paint instead of holding it at the same distance perpendicular to the panel thru your paint stroke. "Fanning" means that when you start you are say 12" away from the panel, 1/2 way through the stroke you are say 6-8" away and at the end of your stroke you are again 12" away from your panel. When this happens you are putting on a very light coat of paint at the start (dries too fast "hazes", heavy in the middle (think and shiny), and very light coat of paint at the end (dries too fast "hazes")
Try to keep the paint nozzle the same distance from the panel the while stroke thru! Don't forget to overlap your paint as you move down the panel.

humidity causes milky blotches too don't know if this is the case here though!

i was thinking the same thing. most of the time, it will clear out if that's the problem.
