First gen xlt bench seat, or shorty bucket seats
Looking for either a first gen xlt bench seat and it doesn't matter condition as long as it has rails, as it'll get re-covered anyway. That or some short bucket seats, ones with removable headrests would work. I found the perfect seat on Craigslist but apparently it's a really rare bench seat from 1964.5-1966 mustangs and I don't have cash for collector pieces. Let me know what you have and a price.
Thanks,
Chase
Something like this would be perfect:

Re: First gen xlt bench seat, or shorty bucket seats
i have a couple first gen solid bench seats, along with a set of low back bronco II buckets i'm got for sale. the two benches need recovered, but i can do that for you if you would be interested. the bronco II seats do not have headrests at all. i recovered them about two and a half years ago. they still look pretty good, but have been used on a daily basis.

'91, those seats are a bit tall for me, tha ka though.
What color are the bronco two seats, and are any of the first gen benches from an xlt? I just like how the xlt's had a little more carved out seats on each side compared to just flat across.
Edit: sorry about the pic, it's tough to tell what I'm talking about. I'll grab another soon,

Re: First gen xlt bench seat, or shorty bucket seats
the bII seats are charcoal vinyl and suede. have seat heaters in them, but would need the switches rewired.
the two benches for sale are just the plain flat ones. i have one you are looking for, has the bolsters and 'hump' in the middle. i'm in the process of recovering it and putting it in my 95. i know where there is another, but i'm not sure if he is going to use it or not. i'll ask.
this is the bench you are looking for

How much for the bronco 2 seats, and do they come with mounting rails? I really like those. Yeah that's the bench seat I'm looking for, but definitely wouldn't be against the charcoal bronco seats as they match the truck real well.

Re: First gen xlt bench seat, or shorty bucket seats
they currently have 95 seat tracks on them, which aren't the same as 92 and older. but, i think i may have a set of rails on another set of 60/40s from a gen 1/2. think i would like to get $475 shipped out of the bII seats. I need them for a few more weeks until i can get the bench finished. if you are interested, a deposit on them would help me get my bench done faster.

Just pics of how the electric window motors mount in the doors. No big deal though.
