$40, will not ship. You can come pick it up in Simi Valley, or I often travel between Ventura County through LA and Inland Empire and could get to SD for a drop off if interested. Downsides to this is the rear latch that hides the rear cup holders is broken. I was just going to get some velcro to hold it closed from the inside as I would rarely use the back.

EDIT: It is also complete disassembled, I have all hardware, but have no recollection of how exactly it goes back together, but cannot be too difficult to figure out.
