Yes it can! I did one and i screwed up the paint on it but i took out the wiper and drilled the plug with a paddle bit and put a screw socket in there and had two foglight switches

i don't think there's much to do with the visors.. do they have lights? therefore they really don't need a how-to. he obviously thought you meant on the OHC, as did i. i don't think there is one on visors tho.
