The display is 4.3 inches. It's actually really nice. I will try and get pictures of the actual unit in the box when I get home (we just moved so stuff is everywhere)

The mirror is Factory ford specific so you don' thave to worry about ripping down the piece from the windshield. Remove your mirror and put this on and tighten setscrew.

Mine is also brand new,... so for $165 shipped to get an awesome rear view camera display. All you have to do is get the rear view camera.

I think this would be awesome for towing purposes. Back right up perfectly aligned with your hitch. I have no need for it but just a thought for you guys that tow and have the money for a cool toy.
