Fuel Guage/Cluster
I'm looking to buy a fuel/temp guage for my 96 2.3L. I've got a 99 guage in there presently after the old one got stuck on E and never moved. But i dont trust it . The whole "Pull the needle out & place it at the full mark" thing doesnt work. I've covered just about 240miles & it just dropped below the 'full' mark. So i figured i better go with the same model range. So if u've got a functional one from what is it 95-97?, pls lemmy know. Thx
EDIT- Unless of course sumthn's wrong with the sending unit itself...

Re: Fuel Guage/Cluster
Got it. I just noticed ur 97 is a 4.0 & auto. Does it matter that mine's a 2.3 & manual? I imagine the electricals are different, no?

Re: Fuel Guage/Cluster
i dont think so, as far as I know, its just plug and play, for example, the tach im selling doesnt have a tach, and the one I bought, has one, and its works fine.
the years are so close, i dont think there will be any diffrence

Are you in need of just the fuel/temp or whole cluster now?
