make sure the vaccum hoses from the DPFE are staying connected to that pipe that runs to the EGR valve underneath the plenum, i have the same problem, it idles like crap and sounds like an exhaust leak when you acclerate, its actually just the vaccum hoses coming off that EGR pipe, turns out i just had a clogged and streched vaccum hose, a cheap hose and couple of hose clamps later problem solved and it idles perfectly
