It's a blinker fluid reservoir, sm*rt*ss! ...sheesh! taillight bulbs are a "closed system" and don't require blinker fluid. duh.

anyway, I was able to get a new blinker fluid reservoir from the local Ford dealership... the parts guy said he found one in the back room, hidden behind the tubes of relative bearing grease.
