Today I was finally able to see a set of my yellow 3157's installed in a newer truck... sorry forgot to get pics.

Here's the style of the 3156 3157's I have in white, red & yellow:

They will fit most 3156, 3157 & similar T25 base applications.

The yellow ones are a light yellow color, not a deep amber color.

Had a mini-meet with a fellow member today & he's trying out a set of the yellows in his 06 front turn signals.
They look a lot better in the 06 headlight/turn signal housing than they did in my 96 turn signal housings.
Hopefully he'll post some night time pics of them in a day or so for everyone to drool over.

I have a couple sets of yellow & red with 36 led's & 1 or 2 sets in white with 36 or 63 led's.
I'm using the 63 led white version in my reverse lights & they actually put out a good amount of usable light.
I'm also going to be modding some 63 white led bulbs as soon as I get some extra bulb bases.
Buggman, looking for a couple of white backup lights (3156). How does one go about getting some? Do we just do this via pm's and paypal?
I will be pulling my 06 dash apart pretty soon to see how many bulbs I'll need. Once I figure that out and decide what color, I will be ordering more from you.
Dan.
Thanx

The hot/dim spots look worse in the pics than they did in real life. Even with the hot/dim areas, they were a TON brighter than the old incandescent bulbs.

I've since changed to a different style of plug-in led for my cluster:

These are more expensive led's, but I like them much better.
What are the LEDS that you are using to achieve the second picture?

Thanks,

Those are my blue 5x smd led's.

They look better in person & they're a lot easier to see even during the day than the old bulbs ever were.

I know this question had probably been answered in this thread, but what bulb size do I need for my 04+ gauges? How many of them? What colors do you have? How much?

Im looking to order some hopefully next Friday when I get paid for my gauges and a 24 led panel for my dome light! Thanks man

I think the newer style clusters use 5 or 6 T5 bulbs... I'm not 100% sure though. I've got one person with an 06 who has some of my t5's in blue in his cluster & he's really happy with them.

I've got a few t5 led's in red, white, blue & yellow.

Should note that if you want to change colors from say blue to red, you'll need to sand the overlay color filtering so the new color will show through. If you just want to brighten up your existing color, you can use white or the matching color led's.

The older clusters like my 96 have 6x t10 base bulbs.

Ford switched things up somewhere around 2000 - 2004 with the clusters
