Yea..
I spoke with the guy!
He says its all original and that the Front wheels drive the car.
I am wondering if it is a 4 wheel drive with the rear drive shaft removed
OR... He is REALLY confused!

Thats because it is a 5 speed. Ford figured only people with automatics needed a tach. Easily fixed by swapping in a cluster from a ranger with a automatic transmission.
