Pooleo great write up!!! Thank you so much. I did this today and it was just like you said. I was going to put the block in but I couldn't get the end high enough and put all the springs in and I am glad I didn't because it would have been jacked up too high. This was perfect. Here are some before and after pics. The truck hasn't moved spots from the 1st pic to the 2nd pic. It looks awesome now. If anyone wants their back end raised do this! I'm going to fill the truck up with some dirt in a few days so ill be able to see how much the payload increased as well. I'll let you all know.

FYI: the spring "clips" can be bent/pried off and re-used. Done it twice on my 89 Ranger after breaking individual leafs and replacing them with BroncoII springs. No ill effects ever since.
