Sadly bills have come up so my complete setup is up for sale. Calipers, caliper brackets, dust shields, anti-moan brackets, brake lines, and pre-cut axle brackets. Ill be making a post in classifieds but wanted to mention it here as well. $250 shipped priority anywhere in the US.

Not to sure.. I would like to say no.. But not sure only way to know would be to put a 14 inch wheel on a mustang

How did everyone make the cuts to the mounting brackets? I need to get mine installed my rear drums are shot

I believe it should as bolt patterns are the same, but you might need bigger rims if you have the stock 14"s still

I started with a cut off wheel on an angle grinder, finished up with a sawzall...it was faster. Then cleaned things up with the cut off wheel to give it a smooth finish.

Well as others have stated it would take a long time to find all of the useful information in the tread.
So I guess I will just ask the question. I have a 84 Ranger that has a 28 spline rear end and I am guessing that this swap will work since it is a 28 spline?

Will work with 7.5 rearend. I need to buy brake lines for mine and pads and then cut the mounts and install

Hello.
I know this thread is years old, but I still plan on doing this. When I search for caliper brackets, all I get is the bracket that is supposed to come with the caliper. Is the mounting bracket (the one to modify) a dealer only part?
