Everything is New,, Ok so I've had everything done for 4-5days ago & both sides r making sounds going straight & around corners like the rotors r bent so I replaced them with 2more new 1s & was spining them & they look bent they have lots of movement so I decided to drive it, its alittle better but goin around corners if I'm on the brakes it makes really bad sounds still. Its all together odd to me. Any ideas

Post a few pics from all angles and maybe we can see what's going on.

OK -

So, when I look at my MC and a replacement through Napa, the one for my truck (01-06 Edge) and an Exploder MC (97-05 4dr Disc Brakes) are the same. Part #M3413. I do NOT have a proportioning valve on my MC. So what Explorer MCs are you guys using that are different?

Not all rangers had the proportioning valve on the master I believe. It could also be somewhere along the brake lines.

As nice as this is, I'm still curios to know if you can keep the 4 wheel antilocks and the brake force distribution systems. I've never done something like this and my primary concern if I do do this is safety obviously.

So what about us guys with the 31 splines? I have searched and can't seem to find any "plug and play" swaps. Anyone have a link that I cant find?

Because there isn't one. (That I know of) If you want to keep 31spline and have disc get an explorer axle

That's all I can come up with as well. Are there better calipers we can use in the front...perhaps from a 4.0 Mustang?

I just put the GT brakes on my 01 a few weeks ago. ABS works perfectly, the rear sensor is on the axle housing not at the wheels.
