I'm only moderately comfortable with wiring...does anyone have a step-by-step how-to write up or video to take a look at? I plan to wire some hellas behind my grille, but I want to make sure I get it right the first time.

So if one wanted to use the factory foglight switch how would it be wired?

Thanks,

Do you already have factory fog lights too?

Huh? How could you have factory fog lights and not have the wiring to go to the lights under the hood?? Or did you mean you have the factory fog light switch?

The OEM wiring under the hood behind the bumper should be there. I'd take another look. If you do have it, just use my diagram #2 to power the lights.

They previous owner bought an edge bumper which had the OEM foglights. The XLT truck that I currently have does not ahve the wiring for the actual fog lights because the truck never had them. It does however have hte factory switch connector behind the radio bezel. I am waiting on my bezel and switch from ebay.

I've looked everywhere for the OEM wiring... only thing I have is an ABS plug/connector.. .no factory foglight harnesses or plugs, or extra wires.
