Anyone done this with a Ford bed liner? Best place to drill? Any thoughts or resources I should consult?
if you do it like i did, all you would need is longer u bolts, drill thru the bedliner and the bed , at least now the bedliner wont move/rub the bed as much. it will still work , the question is tightening the top nuts to not move, i mean theoretically, they can drop anchor points ( no nuts on the top) and it would still work, especially if you use straps on what ur hauling to bulid tension against the bed...

i just rambled, i really hope that made sense

is your bedliner relatively flush with the sides? if so, you can literally "bolt" your bedliner to the bed

Thanks, just finished tho. I used the same thing, Your Captain did except mine are a little more stout. Couple large washers on each bolt, double nutted, one of which is a lock nut.
